Chief Executive Officer - Operations

Stéphane supervises HOMT’s operational activities, from project promotion to project execution, including marketing and business development.

He has more than 20 years experience of managing projects within the international telecommunications, transport, energy and security sectors, his past roles including President of Alcatel’s Integration and Services Division, and Vice President of Alcatel-Lucent Services Group.

A native of France, Stéphane graduated in Engineering from the School of Mines in France, and completed his studies in Business Administration at the IESE Business School.

Chief Executive Officer - Finance and Administration

Eduardo supervises the finance, administration and human resources of the H Oil Group, including project finance.

Born in Madrid, Eduardo has more than 20 years financial experience at several companies, his responsibilities including the design and structuring of financial facilities to support international projects and investments. He has been a Director of Trade Finance at Banco Atlantico, and Head of Structured Finance at Expansión Exterior.

Eduardo studied Agricultural Engineering at Universidad Politecnica de Madrid, and has been a Professor of International Finance at Business Schools including IE.
